Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team, specializing in sustainability initiatives. As an IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing our organization’s sustainability goals and developing strategies to integrate technology solutions effectively. Your main objective will be to enhance our sustainability efforts by leveraging technology and optimizing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand sustainability requirements and business needs.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement sustainable technology strategies to minimize environmental impact and promote resource efficiency.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to determine their potential benefits for sustainability integration.
- Create business cases and ROI analysis for proposed technology projects.
- Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize and manage project deliverables.
- Provide guidance to development teams during the implementation phase.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions, ensuring they align with sustainability goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in sustainability or environmental management.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for sustainability and knowledge of current environmental issues.
