Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- To develop new software applications and customize existing systems to meet business requirements.
- To perform business requirement studies, analysis, and testing for effective system design.
- To identify areas for improvement, make recommendations, and implement solutions to enhance business processes.
- Able to lead or contribute to system implementation projects and ensure timely delivery within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand technology needs and implement solutions.
- Prepare and maintain application system documentation.
- Conduct application user training, including technical training for efficient system operation.
- Support system recovery and daily system administration.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of related field experience preferred.
- Experience in Microsoft SharePoint, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 is advantageous.
- Skills in Javascript, HTML, SQL, and Power BI required.
- Experience with NetSuite ERP and NetSuite SuiteScript is a plus.
- Good English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills.
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible, result-oriented, hardworking, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Proactive, able to work under deadlines and willing to work extra hours.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: RM3,500.00 – RM5,00.00 per month
