Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between IT and business objectives. Your main responsibility will be to analyze and document business processes and requirements, and then translate them into functional specifications for software development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and develop IT solutions
- Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure the successful implementation of solutions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
