Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team. As an IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business requirements, conducting gap analysis, and delivering high-quality technical solutions.
Your main responsibility will be to support the implementation and maintenance of our ByDesign (ByD) system within the IT department. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT project managers, developers, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful ByD system deployments.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document their requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify system functionality and configuration changes needed.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Coordinate with developers to ensure accurate and timely system enhancements.
- Perform testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ByD system-related issues.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in IT business analysis, preferably with experience in implementing and supporting ByDesign (ByD) systems. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as you will be interacting with business users at all levels.
