Job Description
- Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner.
- Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team.
- Provide operation support and assistance in issue troubleshooting and resolution.
- Direct reporting to the Manager.
- Control & maintain ERP system production.
- Perform troubleshoot on hardware/software for internal staff & client side.
- Conduct daily IT tasks.
- Managing the network connectivity.
- Prepare IT-related reports regularly.
- Provide IT-related support services to the users in the group, including day-to-day troubleshooting the issues/errors reported by the users.
- Proactively monitor IT security, anti-virus, and Windows patches for entire company IT devices.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build collaborative relationships.
- Ability to work with minimal support and as part of a team.
- Analyze IT issues from various perspectives and recommend practical and cost-effective alternatives and solutions.
- Provide guidance and assistance to team members on issue handling, dealing with vendors, and end-users.
