Job Description
- Responsible for enterprise level application design, development, testing, implementation and documentation.
- Responsible for existing system maintenance and system enhancement.
- Interacting with customers to provide technical support, troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.
- Assisting the Sales team during the pre-sales cycle including demo and proof of concepts to meet customer business requirements.
- Manage interaction with all project stakeholders such as clients, project team and vendors to ensure successful implementation.
- Generate and keep current all documentation, including project and resource planning, commitment, risk and mitigation plans.
- Diploma or higher in Computer Science/IT/Networking or equivalent.
