Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in packing and preparing stock included online sales based on given invoices;
- Manage warehouse inventory accuracy and conduct periodic stock takes;
- Coordinate deliveries and ensure correct items are prepared for delivery;
- Contribute to the safety and security of the warehouse;
- Maintain accurate records of stock transactions and assist in record-keeping tasks;
- Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures;
- Provide regular updates on stock status and inventory levels;
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent;
- Organized, strong communication skills, and excellent time management;
- Positive attitude and self-motivated;
- Fresh graduates are welcome;
- Location: 3 Two Square, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
