Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inventory cum Admin Officer / Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks, and ensuring accurate records are maintained.
Key responsibilities:
- Performing daily stock checks and reconciling any discrepancies
- Maintaining accurate inventory records using our company’s inventory management system
- Assisting in the preparation of purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery of goods
- Coordinating with suppliers to resolve any issues related to stock availability or quality
- Assisting in the implementation of inventory control procedures to minimize stock loss and maximize efficiency
- Providing administrative support to the team, including handling correspondence, maintaining filing systems, and organizing meetings
If you have excellent organizational and analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, we would like to hear from you. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with inventory management systems are preferred.
