Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing incoming courier mail.
- Update and maintain records for daily mail franking, registered mails, courier records, and stationeries.
- Issue official receipts to respective parties upon receiving payment and prepare accounting-related documentation.
- Send reminder letters promptly to buyers with outstanding payments.
- Ensure efficient filing of all projects and purchaser files.
- Store copies of billings, official receipts, and correspondences with purchasers in their respective files.
- Upload relevant documents and save them in the company’s digital folder.
- Maintain confidentiality of purchaser and company information.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by superiors and/or Head of Department.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in a relevant field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Must be able to work in Phileo Damansara area.
- Candidates who can join in the Jan/Feb intake are welcome to apply.
