Job Description
Assist with the design and execution of social media campaigns
Create weekly and monthly editorial calendars to promote company brands on various social media websites
Assist designated customers with inquiries on how to use the mobile app
Ensure various different steps designed as per the SOP is adhered to for every customer (involves blasting of contents, calling & other related tasks depending on the stages)
Assisting in order taking for customers who are not familiar with App usage
Completing reports / analysis asked by the supervisors
Help create and edit short-form videos
Assist with photo/video content shoots
