Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITY:
- Carry out duty as front liner by helping customers efficiently and in a friendly manner
- Handling enquiry at social media platform such as FB, Instagram and Whatsapp
- Regular follow up with customer to lead sales
- Updating customer orders and data in database and for delivery process
- Work closely with marketing team to ensure every promotion / campaign will generate a good sale
- Assist with online and offline marketing campaign when needed
- Others additional / special task as per instructed by Management
- Regular follow up with customer to lead sales
Job Type: Internship
Salary: RM500.00 per month
