Job Description:

• Making calls to customers regarding deliveries, order clarification, and more
• Relying information, concerns, request from customers to the internal teams, mainly the customer service, sales, and finance operation team
• Maintaining administrative records and providing documentations internally and to the customer service, sales, and finance operation team
• Data entry for sales record, customer details, and etc

Requirements:

• Fluent in both English and Malay
• Possess great customer service skills
• Able to work independently

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 3 months

Salary: RM500.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Education:

• STM/STPM (Preferred)

Language:

• Bahasa (Preferred)
