Job Description:

• Keep systems up-to-date through operating systems upgrades
• Develop and maintain an inventory of all IT equipment
• Monitor and test PC performance, provide statistics and reports
• Provide technical support via phone, remote access, or site visits
• Respond to IT issues and perform hardware/software maintenance
• Repair and replace computer/network components
• Support users as the first point of contact for error reporting

Requirements:

• High school degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree/Diploma preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask
• Comfortable in a diverse, fast-paced environment
• Technical knowledge of network, hardware, operating systems, and basic web design
• Physically able to handle IT equipment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM800.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
