Job Description
- Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos.
- Prepare filling, scanning, store and maintain documents to company admin requirements.
- Able to perform team work and multitask.
- Forms preparation, documents/record compilation and filing, etc.
- Checking the accuracy of Invoices, Purchase Orders and Delivery Orders.
- Maintaining general office files, including job files, supplier files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
- Performing other relevant duties when needed.
