Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Expected to work closely with the customer, the onsite/offsite technical support team, and management to ensure a smooth, timely delivery, and handling of the support cases.
- Take ownership of all Technical problems and plan to ensure the plan is tracked during the entire life cycle of the project.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Able to handle customers professionally
- A team player with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary: RM600.00 – RM700.00 per month
