Job Description
Job Description:
- Assist in preparing orientation training list for new joiners.
- Prepare offer letters for new joiners.
- Verify documents from new joiners post-training.
- Update new joiners’ information in HRMS.
- Maintain records in the internal database.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Role Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in HR, Business, Psychology or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Internship position available, starting December/January in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.
Pay: RM1,00.00/month for 3-6 months.
