Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for capturing daily sales into the system using store daily reports
- Ensure all sales amounts are reconciled with the bank
- Perform daily filing of documents and reports submitted by the stores
- Sort and enter vendor invoices into the system
- Perform monthly filing and clean up for documents like PV (Payment Voucher)
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- Required skills: Basic accounting, Bookkeeping, MS Excel
- Language proficiency: Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam
- No work experience required
- Minimum internship period: 3 months
