Job Description
Department: Human Resource
JOB SCOPE for Intern in (Performance & Rewards team):
- To provide administrative support to Performance & Rewards team.
- To assist in filing of documentation, i.e. Payroll, Benefits, Performance, Leave, etc.
- To assist in data entry for Leave Management, Benefits, etc.
- To assist in preparing and distributing documents (if any).
- To perform any other relevant jobs or projects assigned by superior.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Background: Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration
- Computer knowledge in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Passionate, hardworking, & eager to learn
- Good organizational skills, attention to details, ability to work multitask with minimal supervision
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia, and a good team player
