Job Description
Your Day-to-Day
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in all aspects of the recruitment process.
- Screen and identify qualified candidates through various channels.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews.
- Assist in maintaining candidate databases and participate in recruitment events.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and HR software.
Your Know How
- Enrolled in Human Resources or related program.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong research and analytical abilities.
- Passion for learning and development.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months
Pay: RM800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift, Monday to Friday.
