Job Description
As an Employee Engagement Intern, you will help to execute the employee engagement activities internally across the organization with various stakeholders.

What Will I be Doing?
Event Coordination:
- Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement events.
- Help in logistical arrangements, including venue setup and coordination with vendors.
- Coordinate with various departments or teams to ensure participation in engagement activities.
Content Creation
- Generate engaging content for internal communication channels (emails, newsletters, intranet).
- Assist in creating posters, graphics, or videos promoting engagement activities.
Employee Wellness Initiatives:
- Support initiatives promoting employee wellness (fitness challenges, mental health workshops).
- Assist in organizing health-related campaigns or awareness sessions.
Qualifications
- An intern who is currently pursuing final year studies bachelor degree.
- Possess the skills of communication, detail-oriented, and critical thinking.
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Salary: RM900.00 – RM1,00.00 per month
