Job Description
Position: Internship – Human Capital Management
Company: Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia Sdn Bhd
Duration: 6 months internship
Responsibilities:
- To assist on Competency framework and Performance management projects. This is to continually address gaps on talent development, performance management, and succession planning.
- Assist in recruitment and selection process.
- Assist in Administration and Receptionist Role.
- Skills/course of study – PMS, Competencies, Management process and organization Theory, Career Development, and Training Needs Analysis.
Requirement:
- Degree in HR Development/HR Management or equivalent.
- 6 months internship to start in February.
Job Type: Internship
Contract Length: 6 months
Salary: RM800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
