Job Description
Job Responsibility
The job description of an administrative and operation intern typically includes:
- Coordinate the entire recruitment process including screening, interview, selection, and orientation
- Learning administrative, operation, and customer service skills
- Providing support to staff members in other departments as needed
- Collaborating with other team members
- Performing clerical tasks such as filing, scanning documents, making copies
- Assisting in the design and implementation of new procedures
- Ability to multitask as required
- General administrative duties as needed
Job Requirements
- Willing to work in SS15, Subang Jaya
- High school diploma/degree in marketing, business admin or similar may be required
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Melayu
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments
- Superb interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and strong self-motivation
