Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Download Sales Report
- Accommodate with Sales Representative for Requisition Item
- Tracking & update star products by outlets
- SE Star product performance
- Stock Count
- Sample stock Check (Weekly/Monthly)
- MT Good Return Record
- Record monthly mailers, freebies and samples
- Send documents to other departments
- Arrange Courier for Tax Invoices/SOA
- Place order in JDE & follow up
- Check Promoter Claims/Promoter Budget/Exceed Budget
- Requests Samples, Collect Samples and Fill up sample form
- Do Claims such as check claims
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administrative or equivalent field.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office and Excel knowledge.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
- Minimum internship period must be at least 3 months.
- Must be willing to work at Bandar Puncak Alam, Selangor.

Contract length: 900 months
Salary: RM900.00 – RM1,00.00 per month
