We experiment with Mobile Applications on SMS, MMS, USSD, WAP and similar platforms. Our messaging platform offers merchants end-to-end wireless solutions to communicate with, deliver content to, and manage transactions with over 1.1 billion mobile subscribers globally. Job Description:

• Disciplinary procedures/handling;
• Prepare company policies if necessary
• Daily/Monthly attendance checking;
• Monthly claims checking for talent
• Exit management;
• Office administrative matters;
• Assist on daily food arrangement for talents in the office;
• Involve in birthday celebrations for talents;
• Taking part in Recruitment process for internship (Post Job Ads, set interview appointment, prepare document, hiring and payroll);
• Work closely with the team;
• Other ad hoc matters as and when required.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Human Resource Management, Secretarial, Mass Communication, English Communication, Office Management, or equivalent;
• Required language(s): English;
• Good in designing any infographic is a plus;
• Must possess a positive attitude and willing to learn and explore other tasks;
• Applicants must be willing to work in the office;
• Applicants must be willing to come to the office when needed;
• Duration of 3 months or 6 Months.

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 3-6 months

Salary: RM800.00 per month
