Job Description
For this position, your major duties include assisting with the following tasks:
- Assisting with planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Generating and sharing content across social media platforms.
- Assessing the impact and effectiveness of marketing content.
- Assisting the marketing team at both live and online events.
- Managing customer service across various platforms, including Lazada, Shopee, Facebook, Instagram, and the website.
- Participating in marketing initiatives on these platforms.
- Assessing performance and analyzing the effectiveness of e-commerce initiatives.
- Conducting research on industry trends, competitors, and new strategies.
- Providing support for both internal and external marketing events with strategic partners to promote IGL Coatings.
- Assisting in community management.
- Performing any additional tasks assigned by management.
Job Type: Internship
Salary: RM600.00 per month
