Job Description
Company: NORTH WEST ENTERPRISE SDN BHD
Responsibilities:
1. Attend customer inquiries on the product and information. Promote company products using online platforms/telemarketing.
2. Coordinate customer requests with the marketing team /operation team.
3. Compile and prepare a report when required.
4. Other ad hoc activities assigned by HOD.
Qualifications:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration/Management, International Business, Economics, Commerce, or equivalent.
2. Possess good communication and writing skills for Bahasa Malaysia and English.
3. Passionate about the E-Commerce industry.
4. Minimum 3-6 months internship period.
5. Applicants must be willing to work in Glenmarie Shah Alam.
6. MUST BE ABLE TO WRITE AND CONVERSE IN MANDARIN.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM700.00 per month
