Job Description
The Intern will assist the Assistant Manager, Service Excellence who is responsible for overseeing the operation practices of courier service and monitor performance of operation to ensure high service quality for customers.
Key Activities / Accountabilities:
- Support the service quality activities to monitor performance of operation
- In charge of the master list for postcode of eFMX
- Assists in changing the setting in the EMS and development of OE system
- Involve in various projects, such as street level mapping
- Involve in Premium service project and etc
Preferred Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
- Diploma or Degree holder in any field
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Customer relationship management
- Working supportively as a team member and effectively as an individual
- Available for a 3-6 months period starting from Jan 2024
- Good command of spoken and written English
