Job Description
Job – Human Resources Internship
About Us:
We are seeking a motivated and talented Human resources Intern to join our team. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of HR.
Duration: 3 months, preferably from January 2024 – March 2024
Key Responsibilities:
- Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Assist in calculating and compiling the total hours of overtime claims for workers.
- Help maintain HR records and databases.
- Collaborate with HR team members on various HR projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
