Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Monthly headcount consolidation and reporting with analysis, highlighting abnormalities.
- Coordinating vendor payments and managing biyearly budgeting.
- Annual rollout of staff demography reporting.
- Responsible for assigned projects.
- Organizing Regional HR meetings and coordinating workshops (physical & zoom meetings).
- Maintaining the HR website.
- Supporting ad hoc HR projects assigned by the supervisor.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months
Salary: RM1,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
