Job Description
We are currently searching for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Internship for HR Representative. As an HR representative intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions while working closely with our HR team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment and selection process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
- Support HR team in maintaining employee records and updating HR database.
- Assist in organizing employee training programs and employee engagement activities.
- Help with general administrative tasks such as preparing HR documents and reports.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented and organizational skills.
