Job Description
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess a Diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree in: Commerce, Business Studies, Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or equivalent
- Demonstrate positive attitude, approachability, responsibility, team spirit
- Excellent problem-solving ability and a great aptitude for executing tasks given by a supervisor
- Possesses basic computer skills and is able to adapt to a small growing business environment
- Possess self-confidence, good communication, and interpersonal skills, and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties
- Able to work from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am until 6:00 pm
- Minimum internship period of 3 months
Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing strategies and promote online and offline platforms using Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Shopee
- Work closely with different teams (product management, graphics, sales) to provide updated content that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms
- Monitor social media, engage with community groups, and create content
- Conduct market research and advertising message on competitors, clients, platforms, and technologies
- Assist in developing strategies to drive proper online traffic, brand awareness, and online presence
- Engage with customers or clients and provide service and sales
- Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor

- Monthly Performance Bonus: RM500 (Depends on Performance)
