Job Description
- Attend customer inquiries on the product and information.
- Support sales department with data entry & fillings.
- Promote company products using online platforms/telemarketing.
- Coordinate customer requests with the marketing team/operation team.
- Compile and prepare a report when required.
- To design and create graphics primarily for published, printed, or electronic media, such as Brochures, Marketing materials, Advertisements, Presentations, Banners, and product packaging materials.
- Other ad hoc activities are assigned by HOD (Head of Department).
QUALIFICATION
- Candidate must possess at least a diploma, advanced/higher/graduate diploma, bachelor’s degree, postgraduate diploma, professional degree in Marketing, Business Administration/Management, International Business, Economics, Commerce, or equivalent.
- Team player and work independently.
- Possess good communication and writing skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Passionate about the E-Commerce industry.
- Minimum 3-6 months internship period.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Glenmarie Shah Alam.
