Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in providing internal sales support which includes confirmation order, delivery order, invoices, and other relevant documents.
- Handle incoming calls and attend to customer inquiries, ensuring excellent and timely response to customers.
- Assist in coordinating with the logistics department to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
- Liaise with customers to provide updates on order status.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration / English / Communication or any related courses.
- Computer literate in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Power Point.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Internship period 3 – 6 months.
- Willing to work in Bandar Baru Bangi.
- Start date: March onwards.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM800.00 – RM1,00.00 per month
