Job Description
- To call the customer and follow-up with the pending payment.
- To maintain and update daily transactions in the system.
- Recording accounting data and responding to accounting/finance queries on a daily basis.
- Preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, invoices, and other documents.
- Performing month-end closing and ensuring the accuracy of the month-end system-generated reports.
- Responsible for the reconciliations and ensuring un-reconciled items are cleared on a timely basis.
- Responsible for the overall day-to-day accounting role.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
