Job Description
- Shadowing members of the Accounting, Admin c/w HR Dept. as they perform their duties;
- To support and assist in placement administration;
- Assisting with filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records;
- Working with bookkeeping software;
- Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity;
- Prepare project reports, progress summaries, and related data;
- Learning how to work as part of the Accounting, Admin c/w HR team to compile and analyze data, track information, and support the company or clients;
- Taking on additional tasks or projects to learn more about office operations;
- Assist and attend the company’s marketing & sales activities including property, magazine, seminars, events, training & etc. (if required);
- Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned accordingly
- Availability to work from Monday to Saturday, 9am – 6pm
- Willing to relocate near work location (Mutiara Damansara).
- Minimum internship duration of 3 Months.
