Job Description
We are principally involved in the distribution of inspection, test and measurement equipment, materials and engineering solutions. We also manufacture optical inspection equipment and automated handling equipment.
In line with our business expansion, we are currently seeking a motivated candidate to fill up the vacancy of Internship for Business Admin Student in Sales Admin position.
General Responsibilities:
- Process sales order and track the progress.
- Prepare delivery orders and invoices.
- Handle shipments status.
- Perform data entry, data analysis, and generate monthly sales & service report and other reports as assigned.
- Handle incoming calls & other related duties as assigned.
- Any other ad-hoc job assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- At least a Professional Certificate, Diploma in Business Management or equivalent.
- Must be a self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented, and responsible person.
- Must have own transport to travel to work.
- Have own accommodation arrangement in Klang Valley area.
- Internship Start Date in March 2024.
Work location: Hicom Glenmarie, Seksyen U1, Shah Alam, Selangor.

Contract length: 3 months
Salary: RM800.00 – RM1,00.00 per month
