Job Description

LTH Group Asia is a Financial Planning Services company. We are currently seeking talented, capable, energetic, and trainable individuals who aspire to improve their standard of living and become successful entrepreneurs.

Responsibilities:

1. Build strong customer relationships to retain and increase customers’ wealth in financial planning services.
2. Identify market segmentation and initiate contact for data collection.
3. Analyze data to identify the current financial situation.
4. Propose recommendations based on the current financial situation to achieve specific financial goals.
5. Implement recommendations and monitor the progress towards financial goals.
6. Identify suitable candidates and conduct selection process interviews.
7. Train and develop candidates to become young managers capable in financial planning services and leaders in the industry.

Requirements:

1. Malay
2. At least a Diploma/Degree in any field of study.
3. Ability to work at our Petaling Jaya office.
4. Capable of working in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
5. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
6. Fluency in Bahasa and English.
