Job Description

To assist the Head Of Department doing HR / Administrative duties and keeping the department in order. Support the marketing department in marketing their services, attending to clients, and generating invoices.

Responsibilities:

  • To assist the Head Of Department.
  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operation.
  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Any other jobs assigned from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Contract length: 3 – 6 months

Salary: RM1,00.00 per month
