Job Description
- To handle ordering, invoicing, and data entry in billing system
- Matching invoice with payment received
- Ensures timely and accurate billing to customers
- Manages and monitors the billing process
- Assist in office general administrative tasks
- To undertake other activities as and when required
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Requirements
- Computer literate and knowledgeable in MS Office, Excel, and Words
- Positive attitude, independent, self-motivated, result-oriented
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Minimum qualification of Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Accounting/Administration or equivalent
- Must be proficient in English, proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
- At least 1 year of working experience is a PLUS
