Job Description
An international company, Reeracoen Malaysia, is seeking an experienced and motivated International Sales Manager to lead and expand our global sales team. As an International Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth in international markets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of international sales representatives.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients and business opportunities.
- Develop relationships with existing clients to maximize account growth and retention.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans.
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide guidance and support to the sales team.
- Represent the company at international trade shows and events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in international sales and business development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
