Job Description:
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, overseas agents/offices.
- Coordinate export document requirements.
- Register export cargo requirements and alert overseas offices.
- Assist in coordinating export shipment/inbound cargo.
- Verify documents received from overseas.
- Prepare invoices for clients/agents.
Requirements:
- Malaysian female with a diploma in shipping or freight management.
- 1-2 years of experience in freight agency or logistics industry.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with Cargowise computer system is an advantage.
