Job Description
As an Internal Control Specialist at Asia Gulf, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures related to People and Culture functions.
Your key tasks include conducting audits, identifying risks, and implementing controls to mitigate them in the areas of HR, talent management, and organizational culture.
You will collaborate closely with the HR team to streamline processes, enhance transparency, and safeguard the organization’s reputation.
