Job Description

Working Location:

• Damansara Uptown, Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Working Days:

• Monday to Friday, 0930am to 0630pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Business Development and Marketing team in their day-to-day operations.
• Conducting market surveys and preparing comprehensive reports based on current market trends and demand.
• Compiling and organizing databases following each event and workshop.
• Collaborating with our Therapist team to coordinate appointments efficiently.
• Executing follow-up actions and sending out targeted messages to prospective and potential clients.
• Playing a vital role in maintaining positive customer relations by promptly responding to messages and emails.
• Supporting the management of our Social Media platforms by scheduling content and actively participating in meeting discussions.
• Representing the company by attending roadshows or workshops when required, and actively engaging with attendees.
• Providing support in administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow across departments.

Job Requirements:

• Individuals majoring in Business Commerce, Marketing, International Business, or Business Administration.
• Proficient in English.
• Able to speak in Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Prior experience in Design and Photography would be preferable.
• Preference will be given to those who have their own transportation.
• Flexible to work in different locations based on business needs.
• Able to work independently and have a strong sense of responsibility.
