Job Description: As an Intern HR, contribute to various HR activities such as recruitment, employee management, training, and HR administration.

Main Responsibilities:

• Recruitment: Assist in candidate selection, coordinate interviews, update candidate database.
• HR Administration: Support in maintaining employee data, prepare HR documents, and assist in administrative tasks.
• Training and Development: Aid in planning training programs, collect feedback, and prepare evaluation reports.
• Employee Management: Support employee development, performance evaluations, and corporate culture initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Students or fresh graduates in Psychology, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong interest in HR, good communication skills, ability to work in a team, proactive, detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
