Job Description
We are currently seeking an Intern for our External Expert Engagement Organisation. As an intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team in engaging with external industry experts. This position provides an excellent opportunity for individuals who are interested in gaining exposure to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and contacting external industry experts.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments with external experts.
- Conduct research to support engagement activities.
- Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and reports.
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
