Job Description
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advance Diploma, or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, or its equivalent.
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in Interior Design.
- Proficient in Interior Design and computer graphics.
- Requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Expertise in design software and 3D rendering such as AI, AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, 3D Max & V-Ray.
- Must have a valid driving license and own transport.
- Good taste in design, creative, and efficient.
- Willingness to work at Section 25 Shah Alam (Taman Perindustrian Axis).
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a team of Interior Designers and Consultants.
- Manage Design Projects from concept to completion.
- Communicate with clients to understand and translate their needs into rough plans.
- Conduct site visits, take measurements, and gather relevant information for design proposals.
- Create preliminary design plans, mood boards, and presentation boards.
- Specify materials, furnishings, and other design elements.
- Produce 3D visual and 2D technical drawings using design software.
- Participate in project meetings with clients and contractors.
