Job Description
- To monitor all project development from inception, planning, designing, tendering, construction to completion within deadline;
- Responsible for full set of construction drawing/ shop drawing/ technique drawing upon awarded;
- Liaise with suppliers regarding material submission/confirmation;
- Work out technical & construction details including furniture items for factory production;
- Implement project design intent, overseeing construction documentation and execution.
- To support & attend site meetings/inspections;
- Conduct site measurements & technical discussions with internal departments.
Requirement
- Minimum 1 year experience in Interior Design
- Must be able to read and write Chinese for dealing with China company
- Experienced in 3D interior design and software like Coohom
- Preferable experience in 3D modeling
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,00.00 – RM5,00.00 per month
