Job Description
· Attend to client’s briefing and site visit in order to understand the site condition and specific requirement of the project.
· Work closely with the team in developing design proposal and present to client.
· Handling all design related scope including conceptual design, space planning, detailing and construction drawing.
· To develop CAD drawing, 3D visual, presentation board from design stage until construction stage.
· Site visit to ensure project are developed according to the specification and requirement.
· To resolve design related issues at all stages for the project.
· Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project.
· Source materials and products included in plans.
· Create ‘mood boards’ to sample your design vision.
· Utilize computer applications in the design process.
· Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals.
· Taking care of Purchase Order with Supplier such as Quantity and Prices also liaise with consultant.
· Taking care of all Purchase Order Record due to Payment/Claim Matters.
· Follow up financial matters / payment from client, in accordance with contract.
· Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks through to final project completion.
· To attend Technical Meeting & site Meeting & Technical sound.
· Able to work long hour to meet deadlines.
· Prepare defect list, arrange workers to close defects, prepare QAQC report.
