Job Description

Experience: Minimum 2 years experience

Shift: Rotational Shift

Responsibilities:

• Assess & manage express claims in accordance with the Company underwritten travel insurance policies.
• Answer insured new claim/existing claim queries via email and phone queries.
• Reviewing client’s situation individually and asses’ cases to ensure the right level of coverage of insurance is provided.
• Have a strong understanding of claim assessment rules, regulatory requirements set out by various codes and legislation and be able to navigate claim processing systems to a high degree.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 – RM5,00.00 per month

Schedule:

• Rotational shift

Experience:

• Claim officer: 2 years (Required)
• Travel Insurance claim: 2 years (Required)
