Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure the work on site is carried out in accordance with the approved drawings and specifications.
- Familiarize yourself with all relevant drawings and written instructions, using them as a reference when inspecting work.
- Keep and maintain job-site files, documents, records, and reports.
- Report any observed shortfalls in work compliance, quality control, health, and safety matters to your superior.
- Monitor the construction works to ensure timely completion.
- Check and record all variation orders (VO) to the original scope of works within the provision of the original contract.
- Assist in organizing the authorities’ final inspection, testing, and commissioning during Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CC) application.
- Assist in handing over completed properties to the JMB/Management Corporation/purchasers.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Registered as Inspector-Of-Works (IOW) with the Board of Engineer Malaysia (BEM).
- Has 5-10 years of relevant working experience in foundation, M& E engineering works.
- Knowledge of site logistics and planning.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and other materials pertinent to construction.

Salary: RM3,500.00 – RM5,00.00 per month
